to Organisers, Participants and Guests of the 10th Jubilee Exhibition PHARMTECH 2008

On behalf of Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs and on my own behalf, I welcome the organisers, participants and guests of the 10th Jubilee Exhibition PHARMTECH 2008.

Russian pharmaceutical industry exhibits positive changes:renewal of equipment, construction of new plants and expansion of product assortment.

There are many companies among Russia producers with the equipment level, industrial process control and quality control systems up to the highest international standards.

All the above provides an opportunity of an optimistic forecast that in future potential of Russian pharmaceutical industry will allow provision of Russian healthcare industry almost in full with modern Russian medicines.

I am confident that the exhibition will provide an opportunity to demonstrate new achievements and exchange experience and will make significant contribution into development of pharmaceutical industry.

I congratulate the organisers with the jubilee of the exhibition and participants and guests of this event — with the opening of professional pharmaceutical forum< which will allow them finding many new productive contacts and signing a lot of contracts.
